My Wife and I were first time sellers. Lindsey held our hand throughout the entire process of selling our property. She was very thorough with her research when it came to our home. One of the things we loved that Lindsey did was she reached out to the Listing Realtors of properties nearby to gauge activity in our area. This was extremely helpful! We listed just before Thanksgiving and Lindsey somehow managed to have our property under contract in just a few weeks during the Holiday Season. Things ran extremely smooth while we were under contract. Closing was great with Title One. We will be reaching back out to Lindsey in the Spring to Sell another investment property of ours. Lindsey exceeded all expectations and then some in the sale of my mother’s house. Lindsey essentially took care of everything which was awesome due to the fact I do not live in the area. In the end, Lindsey is a realtor who not only you can trust but also does phenomenal work.
