Our agent was recommended by an industry insider - and I could not have been happier. Our original meeting was just to get some information - with no promise I even intended on selling my home. Rhonda came to my home - brought market studies and experience - and answered every question. I did not list for a few months - Rhonda was extremely patient an always responded immediately to every question. Once I listed Rhonda was extremely responsive, supportive, and knowledgeable. When we decided to sell our home after 30 year's, we immediately thought of Teresa Allen because she helped us purchase the home earlier, and also was our daughter's agent when she purchased her home. The greatest team ever! Had showings the same day as the listing went live. Sold VERY quickly. We were notified of each of the showings and the buyers comments.
